Exact copy means the files have the same SHA-256 fingerprint and size. Different file means the bytes differ; content, metadata or export settings can cause that difference.
You retrieve copies and identify the approved edition. Board Editions does not check live websites, connect to portals, determine legal approval or confirm what residents received. Source notes are your own statements.
